- DELIVERY TIME IN LITHUANIA
In Lithuania, goods are delivered within 1-2 working days. For individually ordered goods, the lead time for delivery is also added. You will receive them a little later, within 2-4 working days after your order has been agreed. In unforeseen circumstances or during holidays, delivery may take up to 2-5 days.
DELIVERY TIMES IN OTHER COUNTRIES
Shipments within the European Union are delivered within 5-14 days. If you can’t find a convenient delivery, please get in touch, we also send by other courier companies or hand over the goods to carriers ordered by customers.- Quick orders

Every day we are looking for the most convenient and best way to deliver, new carriers, and changing the price according to today’s trends. Delivery prices are calculated by creating a shopping basket, selecting a location and seeing all available delivery options with the exact price.Shipping costs in Lithuania at the time of writing:

Venipak up to 30 kg – 2.49 €
Omniva up to 30 kg – 2.50 €
DPD up to 20 kg – 3.50 €

Bus parcels to the bus station up to 5 kg – 5.50 €

DPD courier up to 31 kg – 12.00 € - GENERAL INFORMATION
6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in Lithuania within 1-3 working days after payment of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in other EU countries within 5-14 working days after payment of the order, unless otherwise agreed.6.3. The quantity and quality of the Goods shall be carefully checked by the Customer at the time of delivery. When accepting the Goods from the courier, the Customer must sign the Goods delivery documents confirming that the Goods have been delivered to him.
The Customer must make any observations regarding apparent defects in the Goods in writing to the courier upon acceptance of the Goods and inform the Seller immediately.6.4. The Customer may submit complaints about hidden defects in the Goods in writing within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. Otherwise, the Customer shall be deemed to be satisfied with the goods and shall have no complaints against the Seller.
6.5. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the address and within the time specified in the order. If it becomes apparent that the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods within the time limit, the Seller shall inform the Customer immediately. The Customer accepts that, exceptionally, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.6. After the Customer has paid for the Goods, the Seller shall email the Customer. send an invoice and tracking number by post. In the case of a pre-order, the VAT invoice and delivery code are sent after the goods have been manufactured.
6.7. The Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limits for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Customer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Customer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Customer.
6.8. Orders are accepted and processed daily.
