Payment in Montonio – is a payment via e-banking, where the shopper is securely redirected from the shopping basket to the bank of their choice and payment is made. You’ll find the most in your country payment methods used, will always be able to pay in the usual way.

Our e-shop delivery price depends on your location and the delivery method you choose, as well as the size and weight of the products. For more information, see our “Shipping and Returns” page. We are always looking for the most convenient and cost-effective delivery method. Once you’ve added the product to your basket, you’ll immediately see the latest shipping options and prices to your location.
If you are not satisfied with the product or service you have received, please contact our customer service within 14 days from the date of receipt. We will provide you with all the details of the return procedure. The buyer pays for the shipping of returned goods. For more information, see the “Refunds” page.
Returns are not valid for items made to special order.
For engraved skewers with individual inscriptions or named skewer sets.
Discounts apply for orders of more than 50 pcs. Volume. Promotions or discount codes only in special cases, e.g. at the launch of a new product. Published on the website, on the Facebook platform or in advertising, or given in person.

Delivery time in Lithuania 1-2 working days. Shipment to other countries usually takes 4-14 days.
